If your project requires architectural drawings, we can arrange this through our trusted design partners. We handle planning applications and liaise with structural engineers to produce full calculations. If you already have drawings, we'll review them and provide feedback.

We provide a comprehensive, itemised quotation with a full breakdown of costs. No hidden extras, no vague estimates — you'll know exactly what you're paying for. We'll walk you through the quote and answer any questions.

Once you've accepted our quote, we plan the project in detail. We schedule trades, order materials, arrange skip deliveries, and coordinate with Building Control. We'll confirm your start date and provide a project timeline.

Our team arrives on your agreed start date, ready to work. Your dedicated project manager oversees every stage — groundworks, masonry, carpentry, roofing, electrics, plumbing, plastering, and finishing. We keep you informed with regular updates throughout.

Throughout the build, our project manager conducts regular quality inspections at every stage. We coordinate all Building Control inspections and ensure every element meets our exacting standards before moving to the next phase.

We conduct a thorough final inspection with you, address any snagging items, and hand over your completed project with all certificates, warranties, and documentation. We don't disappear after handover — we're always here if you need us.
