Who We Are

Paul Bailey Construction Ltd is a family-run building contractor based in Basildon, Essex. Founded in 2011 by Paul Bailey, the company has grown from a small team into one of Essex's most respected construction businesses — with over 500 completed projects and over 50 dedicated professionals.

We specialise in residential construction — house extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, full renovations, and specialist services including media walls, summerhouses, and our complete Design & Build service. Every project is managed in-house, from groundworks and masonry through to carpentry, roofing, and finishing.

Our reputation is built on three things: quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and delivering what we promise. We're proud members of the Federation of Master Builders with a 5-star rating, registered with TrustMark, and consistently top-rated on Checkatrade.
