Paul founded Paul Bailey Construction Ltd in 2011, bringing over 41 years of hands-on construction experience to the business. As Managing Director, Paul oversees all project management, working closely alongside the Operations Director to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. His deep technical knowledge and passion for quality craftsmanship set the benchmark for everything the company does.
Charleigh
Operations Director

As Operations Director, Charleigh manages the Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and the entire admin team. She oversees financial management, marketing strategy, and estimating for projects over £200k. Her broad remit — from payroll and taxes to health & safety compliance and management accounts — keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
