Bathrooms & Wetrooms
Professional bathroom installations and wetroom conversions across Essex. From luxury family bathrooms to fully accessible disabled wetrooms — we deliver beautiful, functional spaces built to last.
What We Offer
Paul Bailey Construction Ltd provides professional bathroom installations and wetroom conversions across Essex. Whether you're looking for a complete bathroom renovation, a stylish wetroom, or an accessible bathroom for a family member with mobility needs, our experienced team delivers exceptional results.
We handle every aspect of the installation — from stripping out the existing bathroom, through to plumbing, electrical work, tanking, tiling, sanitaryware installation, and final decoration. One team, one point of contact, and a consistently high standard of finish.
Approved contractors with Basildon and Castle Point Council, we carry out disabled grant works including wetrooms, accessible bathrooms, ramps, extensions, and kitchens. We understand the specific requirements of accessible installations and work sensitively with homeowners and occupational therapists to deliver safe, practical, and attractive spaces.
Our wetroom installations include full tanking and waterproofing systems, ensuring a completely watertight finish that protects your property for years to come. We use quality materials from leading manufacturers and install to the highest standards.
Our Bathroom & Wetroom Services
Full Bathroom Installations
Complete bathroom design and installation from start to finish. We strip out the old bathroom and install everything new — plumbing, tiling, sanitaryware, electrics, flooring, and decoration. Whether you want a modern family bathroom, a luxurious en-suite, or a compact cloakroom, we deliver a stunning result.
Wetroom Conversions
Transform a standard bathroom into a stylish, accessible wetroom. Our wetroom installations include full tanking and waterproofing, level-access drainage, non-slip tiling, thermostatic shower valves, and grab rails where required. Ideal for accessibility, modern living, or simply a sleek, open-plan shower space.
Disabled & Accessible Bathrooms
As approved contractors with Basildon and Castle Point Council, we carry out disabled grant works including wetrooms, accessible bathrooms, ramps, and kitchens. We understand the specific requirements for accessible installations — level-access entry, grab rails, shower seats, thermostatic controls, and non-slip surfaces — and deliver with care and sensitivity.
En-Suite Bathrooms
Add an en-suite bathroom to your master bedroom, loft conversion, or extension. We handle all plumbing, drainage, tiling, and finishing to create a private bathroom space that adds value and convenience to your home.
Bathroom Refurbishments
Refresh a tired bathroom with new tiling, sanitaryware, taps, and fittings. From a simple cosmetic update to a full reconfiguration of the layout, we bring your bathroom back to life with quality materials and expert installation.
Our Trusted Suppliers
We work with leading manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials and products for every bathroom and wetroom installation.
Council Approved Contractors
We are approved contractors with Basildon and Castle Point Council and carry out disabled grant works including extensions, wetrooms, ramps, and kitchens. If you've been approved for a Disabled Facilities Grant, we can help you through the entire process — from initial consultation to completed installation.
