“Paul Bailey Construction transformed our home with a stunning double storey extension. From the initial consultation to handover, the entire process was seamless. Barry managed the project brilliantly — always on site, always communicating, and always solving problems before they became issues. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. We couldn't be happier.”

“We converted our garage into a home office and the result is incredible. It feels like it was always part of the house. The team were professional, tidy, and respectful of our home throughout. The finish is immaculate — plastering, electrics, flooring, everything done to a very high standard. Highly recommend.”

“Our loft conversion has given us the extra bedroom and en-suite we desperately needed. The design made the most of every inch of space, and the build quality is exceptional. What impressed us most was the communication — Charleigh kept us updated throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. A first-class service.”

“We bought a tired 1970s house and Paul Bailey Construction completely transformed it. New kitchen, bathrooms, rewiring, replumbing, new windows, rendering — the lot. The project was managed superbly and finished on time. The house is unrecognisable. Friends and family can't believe the transformation. Worth every penny.”

“Our new open-plan kitchen extension is everything we dreamed of. The bifolding doors open onto the garden and the space is flooded with light. Paul and his team were a pleasure to work with — honest, reliable, and genuinely skilled. The attention to detail in the finishing is remarkable. We've already recommended them to three neighbours.”
