All structural work carried out by Paul Bailey Construction Ltd is covered by our 10-year structural guarantee. This covers foundations, steelwork, load-bearing walls, and roof structures — giving you complete peace of mind that the core of your build is protected for the long term.

Our 2-year workmanship guarantee covers all finishing trades — plastering, carpentry, tiling, decoration, and general fit-out. If any defect arises from our workmanship within this period, we'll return and put it right at no additional cost.

All damp proofing and tanking work carried out as part of your project is backed by a 25-year guarantee from the product manufacturer. We use only approved, industry-leading damp proof systems installed to manufacturer specifications.

Our EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass flat roofs come with manufacturer-backed guarantees of up to 20 years. Installed by trained operatives to exact specifications, your flat roof is protected against material failure and water ingress.

All windows and doors supplied and installed by us come with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee covering the frames, glazing units, and hardware. We use only reputable suppliers with proven track records.

All electrical work is carried out by qualified, Part P registered electricians and comes with a full Electrical Installation Certificate. This is a legal requirement and provides documented proof that your installation is safe and compliant.
