Builders in Basildon

Paul Bailey Construction Ltd is proudly based in Basildon — operating from Unit 16, Ilford Trading Estate, SS14 3DR. As Basildon's local building contractor, we've completed hundreds of projects across the town and its surrounding areas including Laindon, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Vange, and Noak Bridge.

We know Basildon inside out. From the 1950s New Town estates to the modern developments at Beechwood Village, we understand the construction styles, ground conditions, and planning requirements specific to Basildon Borough Council.

As approved contractors with Basildon Council, we carry out disabled grant works including extensions, wetrooms, ramps, and kitchen adaptations. If you've been approved for a Disabled Facilities Grant, we can work directly with the council on your behalf.

Being based locally means we're always nearby — whether that's for the initial site visit, during the build, or for aftercare once the project is complete. Our reputation in Basildon has been built on quality work, honest communication, and delivering what we promise.
